The Need For Professional Legal Advice Explored

I would guess that the majority of people make some huge mistakes or errors of judgement from time to time – this after all is what makes us all human. In this article I will be coming clean about a massive mistake (a motoring offence)that I made when I was in my twenties and also about the way in which I dealt with the problem.

At the age of twenty-three I was a rather care-free young man with seemingly not a worry in the world. I had everything going for me you see – I had a good job, I had a wonderful girlfriend, I had superb supportive parents and I also had plenty of friends.

One thing that I also had, for whatever reason, at this age was a need for speed – that is in the driving sense rather than the drug! I often travelled to the South coast of England from my home in the Midlands as I liked to spend a fair amount of time by the sea. I would often be driving on my own as I had a number of good friends that lived in a small town called Torquay. When making this one hundred and eighty mile journey I would always attempt to “beat” my previous best time as it were and this involved me travelling way over the speed limit. As you can probably guess I was eventually caught speeding by a police car and it was not long before I received a notice of intended prosecution.

I was very much annoyed with myself as I was fully aware of just how stupid I had been. I told my parents what had happened and my father decided to contact a friend he knew who worked at a motoring solicitors.

This person provided me with the professional advice that I needed at this time and for this I am ever grateful. At times like this to receive this type of professional outlook is certainly prudent. I have now learnt my lesson and I now very much stick to the speed limits.
